Before joining Sapphire Partners in 2023, Cindy worked on the investment team at Invesco Private Capital, where she focused extensively on the firm’s $1B emerging manager program and helped commit over $100M per year to venture capital funds in the US. Prior to Invesco, Cindy was part of the investment team responsible for managing Hewlett-Packard’s retirement plan assets, where she oversaw a $2B portfolio of top-tier venture capital and private equity funds.

Cindy earned a bachelor’s degree in political economy from University of California, Berkeley. She is also a CFA charter holder. Cindy is a lifelong Californian and enjoys global travel, discovering local restaurants, and keeping active.
