Since August 2020, Ally worked at Pericus Ventures, a digital marketing firm that supports pre-seed and seed stage startups with traction and growth. As a marketing manager, she partnered with founding teams of B2B SaaS companies to execute marketing strategies, leveraging paid social, paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and website strategy and development. At Pericus Ventures, she had the opportunity to join Transparent Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of Black, Latin, and women entrepreneurs succeeding in venture-backed tech.

Ally earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Strategic Communication from Washington and Lee University. She now serves as the Vice President of its Austin alumni chapter. Ally is from New Orleans, Louisiana, but she grew up in Houston, Texas and has always wanted to build a career in the venture ecosystem here in Austin. In her free time, she enjoys being on the Lady Bird Lake trail and playing pickle ball with friends.
