Monica focuses on digital activities for Sapphire as the Digital Marketing Manager. Thrilled by the fast-paced environment, Monica has ramped up marketing efforts from the ground up for advanced lighting technology startup Ketra and most recently finance software startup Dooap. She’s managed website optimizations and redesigns, content development, social media, unique email, and ad campaigns, account-based marketing efforts, and creating strategic brand plans.

She earned a BBA degree in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Austin with her boyfriend and rescue dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying new restaurants as often as possible.
