Before joining Sapphire, Elizabeth served as Chief Talent Officer at Wildcat Venture Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures where she played a pivotal role in shaping global talent organizations and nurturing executive communities. Her 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing have equipped her with a unique perspective on driving growth through meaningful relationships and innovative strategies.

Elizabeth is not only committed to advancing diverse talent, but also to cultivating environments where every team member can thrive. As a board member of Black Women on Boards (BWOB), she actively champions inclusivity and representation in leadership.
