Prior to joining Sapphire Ventures, Lacy spent over 10 years as an executive assistant at KKR. During her time there, she provided support to several executives over numerous sectors; including technology, retail, growth and infrastructure.

Lacy has over 20 years of experience as an executive assistant working at companies such as Swan Ventures, Siebel Systems, and Broadcom. In addition to her role as an executive assistant, Lacy is also experienced in benefit management, event planning and recruiting.

After attending a performing arts college in NYC, she returned to the Bay Area where she was born and raised. When time permits, she volunteers at her childrens’ school.
