With a passion for identifying exceptional talent, Christiana has built a career recruiting for some of the industry’s most high-caliber GTM organizations, including Sprinklr, MuleSoft and most recently, Instabase. In her last role, she was hired as the first global GTM recruiter and facilitated growth from ~5 to over 80 GTM employees spanning Sales, Business Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, and more. Christiana specializes in the placement of “first-in” foundational GTM teams.
