Aubrey is a Manager on the People & HR team at Sapphire Ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Aubrey was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at GLG in Austin where she spearheaded their US campus recruiting strategy for their Associate program and supported Private Equity and Venture Capital clients. She also spent time scaling hiring and onboarding initiatives at fast-growing firms.

Aubrey is originally from Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho with degrees in Psychology and Communications. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, gardening, and walking / running around town lake!
