Andreas Weiskam is a Partner and Co-Founder of Sapphire Ventures. He is based in London and focuses on European investments. Andreas enjoys partnering with visionary and ambitious founders, supporting them and their companies’ on their growth journeys. His current investments include Contentful, GitGuardian, Matillion, Unmind, and Yapily. Some of his notable exits include Criteo, Currencycloud, DocuSign, Iovation and Wandera.
Before Sapphire Ventures, Andreas worked at SAP. Previously, he co-founded Zadu, a venture-backed instant messaging startup in the San Francisco Bay Area during the first internet wave.
Andreas has a graduate degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and an MLitt with distinction in management, economics and politics from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He is also a Kauffman Fellow. Andreas was born in Stockholm, Sweden.
