Prior to Sapphire, Lou was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led digital transformation initiatives across various sectors with a focus on AI implementation and capability development. Before BCG, Lou played a key role in scaling Uber Eats, holding multiple roles across operations, strategy, and analytics. Lou has also served as both an operator and adviser to several founding teams in the software space, helping startups drive growth and navigate early-stage challenges.

Lou holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from MIT, where he studied Mechanical Engineering with Materials Science. He enjoys all things outdoors and currently lives in Austin with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
