Krupa is Partner at Sapphire Ventures where she oversees people management and HR across all strategies (Ventures, Partners and Sport), as well as all non-investment functions, including management of the executive support team. Her expertise is in defining organizational structure and human capital requirements to align HR functions with business goals, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition and development, performance management, organizational design, and leadership coaching. Krupa collaborates closely with Sapphire’s senior leaders to ensure all HR practices resonate with the firm’s overall mission, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture that drives productivity, innovation and excellence. 

Prior to joining Sapphire, Krupa spent four years at PointState Capital as Managing Director and Head of Human Capital where she built out the firm’s Human Capital function. Before that, Krupa spent several years as a Senior HR Business Partner at BlueMountain Capital Management (now Assured Investment Management).

Krupa has a BS in Finance from NYU-Stern School of Business, and an MBA in HR from Pace University. She also received her Executive Coaching certification through Columbia University.
