Bryana is an HR Associate at Sapphire Ventures, where she supports the firm’s performance review processes, talent development initiatives, hiring efforts, and broader people operations strategy.

Before joining Sapphire, Bryana spent three years at Blackstone in New York as an HR Business Partner for the firm’s Credit & Insurance business. In this role, she provided strategic HR support across a global workforce, specializing in organizational design and change management, talent development, and a range of culture and engagement initiatives. Prior to Blackstone, Bryana began her career at Morgan Stanley as a Compensation Analyst, where she focused on rewards strategy and workforce analytics.

A Texas native, Bryana was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Analytics.
