Bryana supports the firm’s performance review process, hiring efforts, and talent development initiatives, among other responsibilities.

Before joining Sapphire Ventures, Bryana spent three years at Blackstone in New York as an HR Business Partner for Credit and Insurance. In this role, she provided strategic support for talent and culture initiatives across a global workforce. Prior to Blackstone, Bryana was a Compensation Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

A Texas native, Bryana was born and raised in Austin. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 with a BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Analytics.
