
Arianna is an Associate at Sapphire Ventures where she focuses on fundraise strategy, execution, and investor communications across Sapphire’s three strategies: Ventures, Partners and Sport.
Prior to joining Sapphire, Arianna was an Investment Banker at Houlihan Lokey in New York where she represented private equity and venture capital firms in all capital raising initiatives. In this role, she developed fundraise strategies to competitively position funds, advised investment firms on legal regulations and complexities, and was involved in GP origination. Prior to that, she had venture capital experience at Atomic where she researched and evaluated investment opportunities. Arianna started her career in law as an attorney practicing business litigation, primarily high-profile class actions. There, she handled all aspects of litigation from case conception through settlement negotiations/trial.
Arianna holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Southern California and a law degree from Loyola Law School where she was a Loyola Scholar Scholarship recipient. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.
