Andrea provides executive support to Jai Das and Cathy Gao. Prior to joining Sapphire Ventures in 2009, she spent more than eight years at three venture capital and secondary market investment firms: Cipio Partners, 3i Group and Earlybird LLC.

Andrea began her extensive executive administrative and office management career spanning more than 25 years in Germany with McDonnell Douglas Ltd. (Boeing) before moving to the United States to broaden her career and skill set with TUV ESSEN Inc. (TUV USA) and frogdesign. Andrea graduated from the Ludwig-Ehrhard-Berufskolleg in Bonn, Germany with a bachelor’s in business administration/foreign language correspondent.
