A serial entrepreneur with extensive background scaling high-growth startups from early stage through IPO, Eric is currently the chief customer officer at BetterWorks. Previously he served as vice president of professional services at Coupa Software and vice president of product marketing and vice president of professional services at Agile Software.
Eric has demonstrated success in the definition, launch, delivery and adoption of customer-centric SaaS product and service offerings for multiple industries in North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Eric has leveraged his expertise in systems, processes, revenue recognition, financial practices and compliance to help companies scale and transition from private to public. Eric has participated in due diligence and spearheaded integrations efforts for multiple M&A transactions. Eric holds a bachelor’s mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois.
