Prior to joining Sapphire, Jake was an investment associate at Tritium Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. During his tenure, he supported the development of investment theses, executed acquisitions, and contributed to value creation initiatives across the portfolio. He also helped lead the firm’s AI strategy, contributing to solution design and to educational initiatives within the firm and across the Tritium portfolio.

Before Tritium, Jake worked in consulting at EY-Parthenon and Deloitte, where he advised investment clients on commercial diligence engagements and supported corporate clients with growth strategy initiatives.

Jake graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a dual major in Business Administration and Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, tennis, chess, reading, and sharing dinners with friends. He has lived in Austin, Texas for the past two years.
