Allison is joining as Senior Manager of Talent, where she focuses on supporting our platform function through executive talent and recruiting initiatives.

Before joining Sapphire, she spent eight years at Asana. Joining the company during its Series B, she played a key role in scaling the business through its IPO at the peak of the pandemic in 2020, helping expand the internal team from an early-stage startup to a global footprint. Throughout this high-growth trajectory, she supported tech teams to hire software and data infrastructure engineers and later led the Talent Operations team. In this management role, she oversaw talent programs, tooling, and automation initiatives to optimize the entire talent organization.

Outside of work, Allison is deeply embedded in the Bay Area dance community, where she coaches a local dance team and volunteers with regional studios during recital season. She also spends weekends playing Mahjong with her family.
