Lauren is a Fund Accounting and Reporting Manager within the Finance team. She supports a variety of functions, including daily fund accounting, financial reporting, investor communications, and audit coordination across Sapphire’s investment vehicles.

Before joining Sapphire Ventures, Lauren was an Associate at the University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), where she managed accounting and reporting for multiple investment funds and accounts. She also held accounting roles at Meritage Homes, Kimbia, and Crowe Horwath.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She grew up in Texas, loves traveling, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
