Barcelona & Bern, September 1, 2015 – Scytl, the worldwide leader in secure online voting and election modernization, today announced its strategic partnership with Swiss Post to provide Swiss Cantons with the most advanced online voting solution with end-to-end security and full verifiability.
The partnership and joint solution provided by Scytl and Swiss Post will meet the strict Federal Chancellery requirements that enable Cantons who wish to grow the percentage of citizens that can use the online channel for both binding elections and citizen consultations. - Full verifiability: the sophisticated protocols and control components provide individual and universal verifiability ensuring voters and auditors alike can verify that votes have been cast-as-intended, recorded-as-cast and counted as-recorded and the audit of public source code.
With the launch of the partnership, Swiss Post will be the sole provider of Scytl’s end-to-end and fully verifiable platform in Switzerland. “We are thrilled to see Scytl’s 10 years’ experience in Switzerland going to the next level with Swiss Post.
